Enjoy a wine tasting and cellar tour at one of Le Marche’s oldest winery estates, where you will be guided around the historic wine cellar dating back to 1850 and take part in a tasting from a selection of authentic and famous regional wines.
The guided tour includes an introduction on the territory of Morro d’Alba and as well as a possibility to visit some of the 45 hectare of privately owned vineyards (booking required for vineyard visit).
The tour will then proceed into the historic wine cellar with particular attention to the important history that characterizes it’s development and impact on this well established wine region. Then you will be shown the various areas dedicated to wine production with reference to the developments and changes in production methods from its first establishment to present day where our wines continue to be produced.
The wine tasting includes an interesting overview of native DOC and IGT wines of our production including Lacrima di Morro d’Alba, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, Rosso Piceno DOC, Rosato di Montepulciano as well as several other varieties and specialist products that can be observed on our online store or will be explain during the tour. The winery estate also includes 12 Hectares of Olive Groves, that produces a quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil which may also be tasted during the tour if desired.
